AI Assistant

The AI Assistant is your always-on business helper. It understands plain English and can take real actions inside your OS — creating contacts, adding tasks, scheduling jobs, and building your website.

Opening the AI

On desktop, click AI Assistant in the left sidebar. On mobile, tap the floating AI button above the bottom navigation.

What it can do

Create contacts

  • "Add John Smith as a lead, his number is 555-1234"
  • "New contact: Maria Garcia, subcontractor, email maria@example.com"

Create and complete tasks

  • "Remind me to send the Anderson quote tomorrow morning"
  • "Add a high priority task: call Mike about the permit"
  • "Mark the follow-up with Davis as done"

Answer questions about your business

  • "How many open jobs do I have?"
  • "What tasks are due this week?"
  • "Show me all my leads"

Build and update your website

When you're in the Website Builder, the AI can create and edit pages, update branding, write content, add testimonials, and more. See Website Builder docs.

  • "Change my primary color to navy blue"
  • "Add a testimonials section to the home page"
  • "Write a services page for residential roofing"

AI Work Tokens

Each action the AI takes uses a small number of work tokens. Simple questions use 1 token. Actions like creating a contact or task use 1–2 tokens. Bigger jobs like writing a full page use 5–10 tokens.

Your plan includes 200 tokens per month. You can add more in Billing & Plans.

Tips for best results

  • Be specific with names, dates, and phone numbers
  • You can chain requests: "Add Sarah Jones as a lead and create a task to call her Monday"
  • If the AI isn't sure what you mean, it will ask a clarifying question
  • The AI has context about your existing contacts, jobs, and tasks
