ReferHook

ReferHook is a referral marketplace ($30/month skill) that connects you with a network of referrers — real estate agents, insurance agents, neighbors, and past customers — who send you warm leads in exchange for a reward when the job closes.

Enable it from the Billing page under Skills.

How it works

1. You create a campaign with your trade, service area, and reward offer
2. Referrers see your campaign and send you leads
3. You contact the lead, do the job, and mark it as completed
4. You approve the payout and the referrer is paid

Campaigns

Manage campaigns from Campaigns in the sidebar:

• Trade — roofing, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, etc.
• Service area — the zip codes or cities you serve
• Reward — a flat amount you'll pay per closed referral
• Description — a short pitch to referrers about why they should send you leads

Receiving referrals

When a referrer submits a lead, it appears under Referrals. You'll see the customer's name, phone number, email (if provided), the campaign it came from, and any notes the referrer added. You're also emailed when a new referral comes in.

Referral lifecycle

1. Submitted — referrer sent the lead
2. Contacted — you've reached out to the customer
3. Booked — job is scheduled
4. Completed — work is done, reward is triggered
5. Paid — referrer has been paid

Paying referrers

There's no prepaid balance to fund. When you mark a referral as Completed, an Approve payout button appears on that referral. Approving it charges your card on file for the reward amount plus a small processing fee, and pays the referrer directly — the same real-time-charge pattern you'd see on a marketplace, just billed to your org's card instead of a separate account.

You need a valid payment method on file (set up through Billing) before you can approve any payouts. Everything you've paid out, plus a full transaction history, is visible under Wallet.

Referrers

Invite people in your network to become referrers — past customers, neighbors, trade partners — from Invite in the sidebar. Referrers manage their own account separately at referhook.com — you never need to log in there yourself, everything on your side happens inside SolidifyAI.
