ReferHook

ReferHook is a referral marketplace that connects contractors with a network of referrers — real estate agents, insurance agents, neighbors, and past customers — who send you warm leads in exchange for a commission when the job closes.

How it works

1. You create a campaign with your trade, service area, and commission offer
2. Referrers in your area see your campaign and send you leads
3. You contact the lead, do the job, and mark it as completed
4. The referrer is paid automatically from your wallet

Campaigns

• Trade — roofing, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, etc.
• Service area — the zip codes or cities you serve
• Commission — a flat amount or percentage you'll pay per closed referral
• Description — a short pitch to referrers about why they should send you leads

Receiving referrals

When a referrer submits a lead, it appears in your Referrals tab. You'll see the contact's name, phone, and what they need. Reach out promptly — referrers track how quickly you follow up.

Referral lifecycle

1. Submitted — referrer sent the lead
2. Contacted — you've reached out to the customer
3. Booked — job is scheduled
4. Completed — work is done, commission is triggered
5. Paid — referrer has been paid

Your wallet

Your ReferHook wallet holds funds used to pay referrers. Add funds via the Wallet tab using a credit card. When a referral is marked completed, the commission is held and released to the referrer.

Inviting your own referrers

You can invite people in your network to become referrers — past customers, neighbors, trade partners. Go to your campaign and click Invite Referrers.

Pricing

ReferHook is an add-on module available with the SolidifyAI Bundle plan. You only pay referrers when a job closes — no subscription per lead, no upfront fees.
