Calendar
The Calendar gives you a visual overview of your schedule — site visits, customer calls, job start dates, and any other events.
Creating an event
Click any date on the calendar to create a new event. Give it a title, set the date and time, and optionally link it to a job or contact.
Event types
- Site Visit — an on-location appointment
- Customer Call — a phone or video meeting
- Job Start — first day of work on a project
- Other — anything else on your schedule
Linking to jobs
When you schedule a job (set its status to Scheduled), a calendar event is created automatically with the job's scheduled date.
Calendar views
Switch between month, week, and day views. The week view is best for planning your daily workload; the month view gives you a big-picture look at your pipeline.
Using the AI to schedule
- "Schedule a site visit for the Johnson job next Thursday at 8am"
- "Add a call with the Garcias on Friday at 2pm"
